Avis Car Rental

I called the Frisco office on Preston Road today, December 8, 2021, because I was looking for a car wash location that I had previously used after renting a car through Avis. I had the good fortune to speak to the owner, Heinrich. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to rent a car but for directions to a car wash I believed was near his office. While speaking to him I lost the connection. Ten minutes later, he called me back to provide directions and make suggestions. I was very impressed because I had already explained to him that I wasn't looking for his business but another one. He was so gracious and patient in providing help and time to a stranger which did not involve his business interest that, to me anyway, it said a lot about his character. I was truly impressed with Heinrich's helpfulness and customer service and felt it was necessary to let everyone else no what good service is if they have never experienced it. Ive never written a review before but I must do so for this business. The owner Heinrich and his team at Stonebriar Mall went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with getting me into the car I needed during a very tough period in a complicated situation, including extending several times. This is a friendly and helpful operation, if you have a choice, choose Avis/budget at Stonebriar Centre to give your business to. Great people, wish more business out there were like this one!

CJ was amazing! I highly recommend dealing with him when using this location. His hospitality and generosity was beyond appreciated.

Customer service was great and the car itself was by far the cleanest I have ever rented. I was not able to get the car back by my original time and the extension was made easy and still within budget.
