For our 10 year Anniversary we went to Diamonds Direct to upgrade my wedding ring. We never had the full experience for engagement shopping before and Marcy was amazing! She taught us everything about diamonds and made the process enjoyable. She knew what would be the best fit after taking the time to learn more about what we liked for color, clarity, etc. Marcy didn't just settle with what diamonds were in store but found the perfect diamond at another location and had it sent immediately.
