  I am so impressed with the service at this dealership, it is by FAR the best I have ever experienced. After calling over 10 Ford dealerships in my area after my AC went out, I was unable to find a single place that could diagnose my car within two weeks let alone order parts. As I just moved to the area I also asked about rentals or loaners, and most times was met with an immediate no. On a last attempt before accepting not having a car for who knows how long, I called David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco. It was like a breath of fresh air. I believe I spoke with Sam, who was incredibly kind and helpful through all of my questions. He scheduled an appointment the first thing the following day and had my car diagnosed by midday. While they were not immediately able to get a rental, I was able to get my car back while parts were ordered. Once the parts were ready, Ed was able to secure a rental through my warranty and I had my car back and fixed within 2 days. I cannot thank this group enough, they were so helpful along every step and more than happy to explain things to me. I will exclusively be coming here for service from here on out, and highly recommend them! 5 stars is not enough!

  Everything about this experience was great! We have bought our vehicles from the same Ford dealership for years and even with that buying a car has never been so effortless. We saw the car online went by to see if it was still available and the rest is history. We love our new Aviator. Thanks David McDavid Lincoln Frisco for your hospitality and your professionalism.

  Rich Johnson was a great salesman and David McDavid Lincoln made buying a car so easy. Rich was easy to talk to & very patient with us as we looked a several cars. Once we decided on what we wanted he made the trade in & buying process easy & quick. All of the staff we worked with were knowledgeable & efficient. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would definitely buy from them again!!

  Talk about the fastest and easiest experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. Shantiv was friendly and never pushy. He ensured we felt welcome and took care of us like we were visiting his house. Alfredo was fantastic to work with in finance. We look forward to when we need to come back to the dealership.

  Alex was extremely helpful in helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was incredibly informative and made sure that I was getting what I wanted and understood all the terms of my sales contract. Alex made sure the vehicle was in the best condition possible during trade off and made sure to maintain contact with me through the entire buying experience. Alfredo was informative and made the finance and warranty process painless and incredibly simple. Absolutely glad I made the drive out to Plano for these gentlemen, best car buying experience I have had so far.
