Love this store location! Employees are a prime example of "customer service"!! I picked up my order that I placed online, and it didn't go unnoticed that the employee took note of my name and treated me as if she has known me for years. Made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. Thank you! Keep up the great work. I will definitely be back to shop this location, even though it's the farthest from my house. It's worth it.. great inventory too. They were the only ones that carried this hoodie I ordered in texas it seemed! I love it! 🤩

After a not so wonderful shopping experience at Lane Bryant, I decided to check out Torrid and I am so glad I did. Their clothes are so super flattering for a thick woman like myself. I feel so super sexy and confident. I also totally love their prices!!! The ladies there were beyond helpful, even taking the time to look up an item online to show me how the panties look on a real person since you can't try on panties before purchasing. So happy with everything I got!!!

I Like This Store. Very clean very neat inside. Customer service was great. The girl with the blue/green hair was very friendly. I must be honest about the prices...they are too expensive for my taste. Even clearance was high. (Prices need to be more in line w/ fashion nova or Ross clearances) A variety of shoes are needed in the store vs online so we can try them on especially thigh high boots. Other than this it's a great store.
