  I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the leasing office of The Vineyards Apartments complex for their outstanding assistance. The level of support and professionalism I received during my leasing process was truly commendable. Special shout to Jessica for being such a wonderful human being and being able to empathize with us and provide a solution to problem at hand.
  From the very beginning, the leasing office staff (Jessica and Jennifer) went above and beyond to ensure that all my queries and concerns were promptly addressed. They patiently guided me through the application process, providing clear instructions and making it a seamless experience. Their attention to detail and efficiency made a significant difference in making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
  Throughout the leasing process, the leasing office staff displayed exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a prospective resident. They were always available to address any concerns or questions I had, providing timely updates and ensuring open lines of communication.
  Once again, I extend my sincere thanks to the leasing office and Jessica for their invaluable help and outstanding customer service.

  Omelette brunch is always delicious and leasing ladies at the front office are extremely sweet. I have been living in the community for 12 years and enjoy Jennifer’s home made cookies. 🍪👩‍🍳Thank you for all you do. ❤️

  I love living here! The trees and clean grounds make it feel like a real community but the staff and the residents make it feel like home. I've lived here for almost a year and I LOVE IT. The staff are very friendly and timely. Jessica and Jennifer truly treat you like family. This apartment went above my expectations expectations as an older property. The Floorplans are spacious and if anything needs fixing they come within 2 days to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

  We moved into the Vineyards Apartments a few days after we landed in the US. We got a recommendation from a friend in Frisco. We came to see the apartments and received a very professional walk-through from Jessica in the leasing office. We took a tour of the large and well maintained estate in the battery operated buggy driven by Jessica. We saw the vacant apartment and we were pleasantly pleased to see how well maintained it was despite our short notice visit. We moved in a few days later. We have always received excellent support from the maintenance staff if had an issue on moving in. There is an efficient work order system that tracks the order to completion followed up by a feedback from the apartment resident. When ever we come here to the Club House it is always a pleasure to be warmly received by Jessica, Jennifer and Laura! they are the best! The Tennis Court, Gym and swimming pool offers healthy recreation for the family. Location is lovely and quiet.

  Had been living at here for 3 years and decided to transfer to a different unit in this complex.
  Really love our management team. They're the best. Im looking forward to having more great time at here.
  I'll post an update later regarding the move out of my old apartment.
