Her office staff is EXTREMELY friendly and her nurses are also kind and thorough. All but one of my appointments have ran on time, except once when there was a patient emergency and her staff confirmed I could wait. Speaking of emergency, the last appointment I made, she was concerned about something and she immediately made accommodations for me to have imaging completed.
