After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didn't want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently that's harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. “We were very pleased with the sales person Cathy at the Frisco store. She was very helpful in answering all our questions and cleared some of our concerns. She showed patience and her willingness to take the time and provide product comparative information was very helpful. We also want to recognize the delivery crew Steven and Derek, who came on time and were very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the furniture set up. Very professional in how they handled the delivery process. I requested them to adjust the legs of the fire pit because it was not aligned properly. They made sure it was perfectly done. They were quick to complete the job but was done with perfection. They even spent a few minutes to get our table umbrella base fixed properly since it was an old unit and it had rusted a little. Overall excellent delivery service.”

“My wife got both her loves & helix (cartilage) piercings by Shy. She was so amazing and great with my wife. She explained the process well, what earrings would be best. She even told my wife and me about herself. It was so awesome that she was a licensed piercer! My wife said she is going back to get her other helix (cartilage) pierced when our daughter unicorn earrings come in. This is the best experience my wife has have with a person. “They have been very professional and delivered painting services with good quality and most importantly on time when I was on time crunch to get to the house. They were very respectful throughout, and accommodated all our paint color selections and changes across the rooms. Since we were not sure how the different shades of a particular color would look practically on walls, they took us to the paint store, helped pick different shades and bought gallon each of different shades and painted all different colors/shades on the walls inside home to show the differences that helped us narrow down and finalize the exact shade and color. After the work was over, they left the house clean and finished. Overall, their services were great and I highly recommend Lone Star Painters if you are looking for painting and other related construction/repair services to your house.”

“I’ve been going to this Staples store for sometime. There are 2 exceptional employees: Destiny and Sylvia! I have my drawings scanned and printed to use as greeting cards. Destiny no longer works in the print department- when she did she understood what I wanted and did an amazing job! Now I call ahead to be sure Sylvia is working before I come in. Sylvia greets us and immediately looks at my drawings and knows exactly what I want done. The completed work is always perfect! If it’s a busy time, we just sit and wait for Sylvia! We observe her treat every customer the same! These 2 employees deserve a raise!”
