  Update: I have had issues with preauthorizations, backordered drugs, out-of-stock medications, and general lack of understanding of insurance. The lack of available medications can result in very unpleasant symptoms and safety concerns due to abrupt cessation. Expect ZERO communication from techs. You will not discover an issue until you arrive to pick up your medication. I don’t know how to resolve these issues. They seem systemic. Five stars for convenience, speediness, kindness, and the monthly excitement of a medication lottery!

  My daughter has been on many medications since birth including specially compounds, pills, and injections. We have dealt with so many pharmacies over the last 10 years and none compares to Walmart pharmacy in Lucas Texas. The entire staff is so helpful, kind, and efficient, that I am never less than 100% satisfied with my experience there. They do a superb job! They go above and beyond any other pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.
