For three years, I have made recurring payments to McKinney Animal Exterminator for wildlife and pest control services. They come in as scheduled always. They have consistently shown a high level of professionalism and are committed to excellence. The technicians that visit always gives us regular updates. I have raccoon control covered with them. I have stopped being worried about the unseen damage pests may be doing to my property.

Customer Service: Courteous, professional, and kind enough to accommodate me on short notice. Actual Rodent Removal: A technician came by, addressed the situation, and went to work. Within 48 hours, 2 raccoons were caught and killed and we are now 100% raccoons free. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and quality of service. He got the job done. I rarely write reviews but the service provided got me to come on here. He did a great job and was a genuinely nice person.

Thanks for being so professional, understanding and polite. Our working experience is a memorable one. What I like the most about them is their staff behaving so well with everyone around including raccoons too. It was truly a wise decision to call them from stopping raccoons camping out in my yard.
