  Brandon Tomes is the best. They are so nice and friendly here. I had visited a few other car dealerships in the area, and they are staffed with rude people, but not here. As a bonus, the price I got was MUCH better than the other area dealerships. Alauna and Zack were so easy to work with. :) I am grateful for their help with my vehicle purchase. I definitely recommend and plan to return.

  I just purchased a new Cross Trek with these guys, and I will definitely return, and refer friends and family. Nick took us around to every car I fancied, and let us drive each one, with no pushy sales gimmicks. Nick and Obi were an amazing sales team! Obi had answers to all of my questions. Mark in finance made the sale painless and simple, fitting me the best rate possible, and was honest with every step! Love this place!!

  Excellent salesman, Marshall Stripling made our experience buying our new Subaru a breeze!! From the time we introduced ourselves, to the hour and a half tutorial on how to work every gadget in the car, Marshall took excellent care of us!!!
  Our experience with Mark Turner in financing was thorough and as expedited as possible. Both men made our experience buying a car at Subaru a wonderful one! Thank you so much for all of your time and attention to our needs!!

  Best car buying experience ever!! Alauna helped me find the perfect Subaru for what I needed! She was patient, knowledgeable fun yet professional!! What I was most shocked about is I literally was in the finance office maybe 10 minutes to sign and work out final details. Not the typical car buying experience that takes hours and is such a beat down! What took the longest was me deciding what model!! I came and test drove and looked several times over a few days! I Love Brandon Tomes! Everyone is so very friendly and kind, no high pressure pushy sales here!!!!

  Went to strictly test drive a vehicle on a Saturday and told Clay right off the bat that I was not looking to buy anything. In fact, I had left my trade in vehicle at home so that I was unable to buy anything. Well, Clay brought me in to look at a Subaru Outback and as I was test driving it, he was able to show me the many different available features. After we test drove it, he gave me his card and the Sales Manager came over to introduce himself to us and make sure we knew we had the option to bring a vehicle home to try it out as well. As we were leaving the dealership, my husband and I discussed our possibilities and made the decision to go back and get my trade in to take advantage of the 0% financing deal going on. We called Clay and told him and he said he would see us in a bit. Clay was also nice enough to let us know when someone else test drove the car we were looking at, and encouraging us to move a little more quickly. Ultimately, they ended up deciding on a different color. Throughout the entire process, we didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We were welcomed, and made to feel at ease. Even the negotiating process worked well. Mark helped us in financing and we had a great experience from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend to others.
