(March 8, 2020, 10:54 am)Gyrotonic movement allows you to get a deeper stretch and improve overall well being. Emily is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and will educate you when taking her class and will teach you how to target different muscle groups you likely do not use. This is definitely an addition to doing Pilates. I highly recommend.
