  I highly recommend Dr Mummadi for the patients in Frisco and Plano area.
  She took care of me extremely well and responded back whenever i need her.She treated me well for the issue that i am suffering from past few years where other doctors did not took that much serious eventhough i explained them what i am going through.Because of Mummadi's treatment i am back to my normal routine and able to enjoy the work that i am doing.Her office staff Alex is very co-ordinative and responded well whenever i had to call office.This covid season is really tough for everyone .Dr Mummadi and her staff are doing their best by maintaining all covid-19 restrictions in place at their office.

  The office is extremely clean. Alex was welcoming and prompt with paperwork and curteous and professional while providing medical care. Dr. Mummadi was prompt, understanding and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like I was welcome in her practice. I would definitely recommend her to any patient looking for a great PCP.

  My wife and me had an appointment for annual checkup and visited on 06/11/2019. They collected the samples for some tests on the same day and asked us to visit again on 06/20/2019.
  
  On 06/20, they just collected samples and charged the visit. Is the fair?
  
  One the day 1 we told them to do the tests that are covered under our insurance. We were under the same impression until we received bills from Path Group.
  
  I called several times(No one called me back until I visited) and visited 4 times to address the billing issues.
  
  When I spoke to Alex, I was told to talk to Path Group. I called them and were told that they did the tests as per the doctors notes. Again, I went back to them and told the same.
  
  The frustration part is, this time I met another lady Jasmine. She doesn't know anything about all these and didn't advise whom to reach out.
  
  Path Group says to talk to the Dr, and Dr's office says to call the path group. I still don't know whom to ask and where to go. I'm not sure why the tests are charged when we asked to do the tests that are covered under insurance.
  
  Finally I paid $350 from my pocket after receiving several notices from Path Group.
  
  2 weeks later, I was told that they kicked Path Group due to the billing issues. Who'll pay our bill?
  
  Now, another interesting part is we were asked to revisit on 06/20 as my wife had breakfast and blood samples cannot be take to check glucose levels. We were charged for first and second visits.
  
  Again, the story begins, I called them and Alex told me that she would work with doctor and get it fixed. I never got a call from her since I reported the issue. It's been 3 weeks now. Today I got another due notice.
  
  I'm extremely dissatisfied with the below ...
  1. They are not reachable and don't respond to voice messages on time.
  2. Poor co-ordination.
  3. No information on refund from Path Group
  4. Incorrect billing.
  5. Least bothered about customer concerns.
  
  Never go there!!
  
  Update: They listened and addressed most of my concerns, except one. I hope they address that too.

  Awesome Doctor.. She never rushes, spends a lot of time with patient answering all the questions. Highly recommend her !
