  Our experience with David Jordan was extremely pleasant. He is very knowledgeable in this industry and he fought hard to get us a great intrest rate for our home. I personally appreciated the level of professionalism that he maintained throughout the process. He was very accessible as well, every time I called no matter what day it was he would answer or call me right back with in minutes. That kind of customer service is very rare nowadays most people won't answer on the weekends, but he always did.. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.   I strongly recommend this bank. I moved to Texas last summer and have used First United since then. It is a very friendly bank: professional, efficient and supportive. There are many nice and friendly employees (Special thanks to Mr. David Jordan who helped me in the refinancing, very professional.) I definitely recommend First United to everyone.
