  Originally I came across this repair facility when searching to get an alignment at a local repairer. They got me in and did a thorough inspection of my steering components and found I needed some components replaced. They gave me an estimate and with my approval they expedited the repairs & completed the work. Since then we’ve taken another vehicle in for minor electrical work and again they did great same day work for us which was reasonably priced & well done. I’d highly recommend Alex ( the owner/operator) and his staff whether you are seeking basic maintenance work or more significant mechanical work.

  Called these guys at 445pm. Told them my issue, Alex called me back 15 minutes later with pricing which was the same as 4 other shops but was able to get me in next day. Stayed there until 615 (after close at 6pm) so that I could get my truck to him and he could hear or not hear what I was. We both concluded it was the thrown out bearing and he said I can have it to you by tomorrow. Blew me away.
  
  Next day I talk to Alex and he says come either at 6 or after And we will stay for you but it'll be done. Sure enough got there at 6:05pm and it was wrapped up and sitting in the lot. Truck shifts and drives better than it ever did before. No stiff clutch or grinding from the bad bearing. Even gave me the old one to confirm and send to clutch maker.
  
  This will be my new shop for jobs I don't have the time or space to work on!

  Ever since I moved to Dallas and stumbled upon this place, Alex and the crew at Butler Autotomotive do Phenomenal Work. He shop is the only place that will work on my vehicles since he has never tried to up charges or sell parts I don’t need.
  I’ve recommended him to numerous friends and they all say the same....he’s awesome.

  This is the second time ive taken my car to Butler Automotive. Mr. Butler is incredible. Very fast and very affordable. Ive never been comfortable bringing my car to shops but Mr. Butler made his shop feel very welcoming and i always get my car back the same way i left it. 10/10 would recommend. definitely will be using his services again.

  These guys are great! Very honest, reliable, and efficient. I had gone to another mechanic in McKinney for a long time and was pretty satisfied with them. My father in law kept recommending these guys to me and I finally decided to give them a shot, I wish I would have made the switch the Butler Automotive a long time ago! I HIGHLY recommend!
