  Went there to look for a good shoe to wear for our trip to Europe. Employees were very helpful and got me fitted for a shoe and brought different options for me to walk in to compare. Employee was also knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

  My first experience and I was blown away by the knowledge and expertise provided for my purchases. I went in for one specific sneaker and came out with 2 pair. The rep was so informative and kind to my ignorance of buying running shoes. Found out I needed a special type of sneaker for my arch and feet. I was so impressed I bought 2 pair os sneakers and earned cash reward on my purchase. I was so ready for a different type of sneaker experience and Fleet Feet provided what I was looking for.   This was one of the best shoe buying experiences I've ever had. 3x broken ankle, shoes are important. Aidan was so knowledgeable and didn't push me one way or the other. I will definitely be back and recommend Fleet Feet McKinney even if you are not a runner.

  My feet have been hurting since November and every pair of shoes I bought online seemed to never quite fit right...even when they were an identical size and style to an old pair that worked well for me in the past.
  
  I heard about Fleet Feets 360 imaging and gate check service from a video and found one in Mckinney. It was best decision.
  
  The service was efficient. The sales person had an incredible grasp of shoe technology and how it could work...or not work...for an individual and the activities they enjoy. Well worth the time and money.
  
  I was able to take 3rd in my age bracket the next day despite not being able to train consistently prior.

  Absolutely awesome experience. I'm not new to buying great shoes, but I am new to this experience. Sat me down and mapped my feet, and brought out specific shoes that would best fit me, and my uses. The shoes I picked out feel tailor-made for me! Will absolutely be buying from here moving forward. Awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Best shoe shopping experience I've ever had!
