I work for a property management company, and this company not only provides top-notch customer service for their customers, but they go above and beyond for the resident as well. The owner is always professional and takes the time to explain his business in layman's terms. We have had several questions, and the owner has provided insightful explanations and is always happy to discuss in detail. This industry is his passion, and it truly shows. Heck, all the employees are diligent and kind. The services provided are always detailed and high-quality. Many residents have remarked at the quality of their carpet cleans, particularly in occupied homes. Lindblom's will not settle for subpar work and communication is direct / plentiful. Save yourself the hassle and give Lindblom's a call, as you will surely not regret it.

  It was wonderful from start to finish doing business with Mark from Lindblom's. He was so positive, friendly and helpful through the whole process. Super responsive during initial communication; and on site he patiently answered my questions and shared tips and knowledge. Now our home's carpet looks wonderfully clean. I definitely will use/recommend Lindblom's if we or anyone we know nearby needs some carpet help. ?

  Lindblom’s Carpet cleaning is amazing! They are always on time, communicate well and are flexible with us. They explain any questions I have about a stain or removal process and are always will to come look at it with me to help. They do a fantastic job and we are so glad we found them!!

  Thankful and incredibly impressed with the results. My wife and I purchased a house that is 16 years old, from a man who had pet(s), pet stains in multiple areas, incredible odor, as well as multiple high trafficked hallways. We inquired on cleaning 9 rooms, (with closets), and 4 living areas. Mark provided his experience in the form of honest, realistic education of what to expect as possible results due to the actual condition of the carpets. He scheduled us promptly, was flexible with our schedules, and our results were beyond what we expected. The pricing for the work with treatment on stains was better than most companies. Mark came to us as a personal referral, which was key for us and we are so thankful for his business. We will be returning for future business when needed.

  We had Mark out to repair our 20 year old carpet that was clearly end of life, and he was able to get out a significant wrinkle, and stretch the carpet to improve the overall area. He also patched a hole in the middle of the room where our dog had pulled the fibers from the mat. After repairs they did a full clean of the house. The carpet looked vastly better and smelled amazing. We are very pleased with the work, and both guys were super pleasant to work with and had a great attitude.
