  Dr. Saghir is a very good doctor. He explains his diagnosis very well. He is very professional and kind. I have been his patient for over a year now in Sherman Texas, and he has really helped me. He also has a great staff.

  Outstanding doctor. Very caring. I was in hospital for 2 weeks with Acute Renal Failure, Dr. Saghir diagnosed my condition and saved me from dialysis. He visited me everyday in hospital. Has very good bedside manners. I now follow him in his office. Office staff is pleasant and professional

  Best Nephrologist in the area. Was seeing another nephrologist before, and started seeing Dr Saghir about 2 years ago. What a difference in care. Very knowledgeable, and humble. I love the way he draws diagrams on the whiteboard to explain your kidney condition. I have seen him at both Mckinney and Plano locations, which are very conveniently located right next to Medical City Mckinney and THR Plano Hospitals. Office staff is EXCELLENT
