They did great work on our car. We had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to resolved it. Management is top notch and will do the right thing for your customers.

Chad and the Caliber Collision team did a thorough job in repairing my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure previous repairs from a previous collision that were repaired by another Caliber location were completely fixed. They provided helpful updates along the way and made the process with the rental car company smooth. Hopefully my vehicle will not be involved in another collision but if I do, I will only take my car to Caliber!

Andrew took wonderful care of my car. He had the front tires ordered for my car that was no longer safe to drive. I was able to have my car back within a couple of days. I really appreciate the great service from Caliber!

I want to thank Stacy at the North Custer Road and 380 in McKinney who I feel is the project coordinator and/or the director of operations for this location for her professionalism and knowledge when I would call and ask about the progress of my vehicle! I was never let out of the loop as Stacy would never leave me on hold for more than 30 seconds, at the most, as she sought help for my questions. I need to second that motion to Chad & Drew for teaming up with Stacy to keep me in the loop and to have my work done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
