Dr. Chan is professional, knowledgeable and caring. She listens to me and does not treat me as a statistical number or numeric value of a lab result. She takes the time to answer all of my questions. She informs me of my choices and of her own knowledgeable opinion/advice. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Chan! An incredible doctor that sees me as an individual. Dr. Chan is an amazing doctor. She is smart, caring, empathetic and has a great bedside manner. She is quick to address issues or share information and always explains treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand and follow through on. Her office is beautiful, clean and well run. Dr. Chan is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a new Ob and found Dr. Chan. Her office was great with communication, very clean, and friendly staff. I had a high deductible plan so they always made sure I knew how much each visit was before I got there. Every visit all of my concerns were addressed. Even if I called and had questions everything was answered immediately. I felt safe in Dr. Chan's hands and delivered a healthy baby boy. So grateful to find a doctor that truly cares about her patients. My mom who is a labor and delivery nurse also was very impressed with Dr. Chan when she came for my delivery. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Obgyn.
