My stay was enjoyable and is centrally located to the events I needed to attend. Great customer service, however a change in carpeting (carries scent) and air purification would have been nice. Thanks for the front desk! Especially Ms. Diane 🙏🏾 Thanks for all you do. ~iRejoyce

This hotel was Fabulous!! My husband and I had checked into another hotel that was dirty. Arriving at the Courtyard Marriott was a relief. Gabby upgraded us to a suite. The fact that they have a Bistro with Starbucks coffee was a plus!! We had a delicious breakfast. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean. And spacious. This is definitely our place to stay when we visit the area.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! My family and I were in town visiting family. I work for Marriott at the Fairfield Inn in Maumee Ohio and forgot my employee discount form. The woman checking us in was SO HELPFUL!! She actually went to the computer and signed me into the employee network and printed out the discount form!! WOW !! I was proud to see fellow Marriott employees going above and beyond the Marriott standards. Next time I'm in town visiting we'll DEFINITELY be staying here!!!

Hotel was great... I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott, the room was very clean and presentable and my nights there were very quiet and peaceful.

If there was any area I would say could be improved it would be the food offerings at the restaurant. The staff was awesome but the variety of food could be better.
