  Highly recommend HarborChase! Much improved with new directors. Memory Care Director Marie Baker and her care team have made such a difference. Our family member is in loving hands surrounded by those who actually love working at HC.

  After looking extensively for a care facility for my Mom, HarborChase quickly jumped to the top of my list. All of the caregivers truly care for every single resident and will do anything they can to help. The administration team are very hands on and have done a wonderful job keeping me in the loop about my Mom. They have truly created a loving atmosphere for my Mom.

  This place is really AMAZING! From the time you walk in the front door, the greeting we received by the Receptionist was VERY WELCOMING & HOSPITABLE!!! She took the time to not only acknowledge us, but made sure that she accommodated us by asking us if we would care for a cold beverage, (it was extremely hot outside that day) & then took the time to ask & make sure that she was addressing our questions to get us to the right person(s)! The Director came out shortly after being called & gave us a VERY WARM WELCOME & then proceeded to show us around the BEAUTIFUL FACILITY! While we were touring Harbor Chase, the Director of Nursing, stopped what she was doing & introduced herself. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, as well! She was EXTREMELY WARM & FRIENDLY, & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the facility and ALL OF THE RESIDENTS! She explained to us how all of the staff TRULY CARES for all of the residents there, just like FAMILY, & ALWAYS LOVE to go above & beyond to meet all of their needs, and some! The dining area(s) were VERY clean, organized & very inviting! The residents rooms (that we were able to see) were really nice sized rooms, & the residents all seemed to be VERY COMFORTABLE & HAPPY there.
  I was REALLY IMPRESSED with our entire visit! This facility is EXACTLY where I would have COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND putting my loved one, KNOWING that they would be cared for 24/7! We are in the process of relocating our loved ones & once we get their financials squared away, we will be filling out the paperwork for them to come live at Harbor Chase McKinney!

  As someone who has been on the journey of placing a parent in an assisted living and memory care, I can say, without a doubt, that Harbor Chase McKinney is a lovely community. I could not recommend a community without knowing, first hand, that the residents are loved and taken care of. At Harbor Chase McKinney, the entire staff appears to truly care about the welfare of their residents.
  
  Harbor Chase is not so big that the residents get lost, as in, no one cares. There is a lot of personal attention and detail given to each resident. Its not easy to place a parent in assisted living/memory care, however, this community does, indeed, truly love their residents. And that alone, makes it much easier to place a loved one here.

  My mother was one of the first residents at Harbor Chase Assisted Living in McKinney. She was so content and happy. Our family knew the staff by name and felt we could have a conversation about anything that concerned us. After 3 years, it was necessary to make the transition to The Cove, Memory Care unit. This is when the value of Harbor Chase really exceeded expectations! These people have a gift and we will always be grateful
