We had an amazing stay!! It was such a clean hotel. Kimberly, the front desk clerk, was so friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable was shuttle to downtown. It is very close to the mall and the Grand Ole Opry. It was peaceful and comfortable. I recommend!!

I am checking in this evening, however I called the hotel requesting a slight change in my reservation. One of the front desk staff, Andrea, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate my needs. GREAT customer service. I will continue to stay at this property each time I come to Nashville because of her attitude and hospitality!

Reception worker, Andrea?( The retired school teacher )is so wonderful! Her helpful tips and extra attention make her a gem of Nashville! Great location to walk to Opry Land(or drive and pay$35 to park. ) Would give a five but workout room very small and limited for those who enjoy working out.

The stay was above average ... more for the service and follow up after our trip. The room accommodation were more than adequate with a large room, warm reception area and gathering spot for groups and morning breakfast(we were with a family group). We loved Nashville and found it very easy to navigate to the hot spots while not being in the bustle of the Broadway area. We were close to bars, restaurants, The Gaylord, and surprisingly a Green Bay Packer bar where we watched the game. Best part ... I left two pairs of glasses and the hotel which were promptly returned to me in my home state. And, that topped off a great vacation!
