We've been US Bank customers at the Banks, Oregon branch for over 2 decades. Between our various business operations and personal accounts, we have 10 different accounts with them. Not only are they close to where we live, they are the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever encountered in banking. They know my name, my husband's name, my son's name, as well as the name of pretty much every customer who walks in the door.

The pandemic hit them really hard and now, usually, typically only 2 people are working. Their drive-through window is extremely busy with almost non-stop traffic and now that the lobby is open, they are pretty busy in there too. So, wait times can be longer than usual but they are still able to be friendly, positive, helpful. I'm sure that staffing will get adjusted as we continue to transition to a new normal.

I highly recommend the Banks, Oregon US Bank Branch. I've never really had a truly personal banking experience until I started banking with them.

We had a fantastic experience with Myhomedia! From start to finish, it was flawless. They recommended the best equipment to fit our budget and we don't feel like we sacrificed an ounce on quality. The installation crew was top-notch. Arrived on-time, super professional, quiet while working (not including the stellar sound system in the media room), finished quickly, left behind no mess, and very thorough in their equipment debrief. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our media room and we highly recommend Myhomedia. We will be calling on them again for our future home media needs.

I actually worked with their office in Allen, which did not come up in Yelp. We built a new home in Lucas and I worked with Jonathan Clarke, one of the owners. He came out to the home while in the construction stages and then made a proposal. I had been shopping for home entertainment solutions, so I was pretty familiar with products and prices. Jonathan presented a very detailed proposal for my projection system in my media room. Unlike other people in this business, he encouraged me to utilize some of the components I already owned from my previous system. He did not try to sell me on replacing everything. Yesterday a crew of three very professional technicians came to the house and installed the projection system and two wall mounted flat screen TVs. They were neat, clean and did a wonderful job. I would, in fact I have, recommended these folks to family and friends.
