  I was in Orlando from out of town, as so many people are, and I had a vibration in my tires driving all the way down. I had just had them re-balanced at home. I pulled into discount tire told him the problem. He took me in immediately, checked the tires, found the balance problem and got me right back out. I ran out on I-4 just to test it and it was 100% better. I don’t know about all discount tire stores but these guys at this one did a great job for me. I would definitely return to the store.

  I had a problem - from time to time one wheel was flattened, I had to pump it up every two to three weeks. I went to the dealership (the car is under warranty) and asked them to explain what the problem was. After an hour of waiting (according to the appointment) I was told that it was necessary to replace the wheel, it was dangerous to drive with such damage and it was necessary to change it (the replacement and the tire would cost about $400 and, of course, Insurance does not cover this case). Knowing the prices for tires, I decided to go to several tire services and find out what they would say about it.
  It's not so easy to get into the service without an apppointment. I went to 5 services before I ended up in Discount Tires. They got down to business right away, checked the tire, said that it was a nail, fixed the damage in 20 minutes and I went home without paying a cent.
  -Why?
  -Because this trifling case is not worth the money! They just care about their customers. I was skeptical about a quick fix, but it's been 3 months ago and I still haven't had to inflate a tire even once, even though I've driven over 7,000 miles.
  
  Thank you guys so much for helping me save $400!!!

  Thank goodness I took the extra protection on the tires when I bought them. I picked up a screw in my tire, it was completely flat. They got me in, changed out the tire in under a half hour. They were so polite and friendly the whole time, and masked up. They answered my questions. They took a ruined day and made it better. Thank you Discount Tire, for everything, you guys are the best. I have always recommended you to friends, and strangers, and will continue to do so. :-)

  I won't get into a long review. But basically an issue with my tire occurred when they were repairing a flat. Which is a great service! They do it for free! When I came back to the shop due to an issue with the same tire going flat again.. They definitely did the right thing. Any company that takes accountability is a huge deal and should not be overlooked. Not everyone has this unfortunately.. If someone messes up I believe they should do what it takes to make it right. In this case I truly believed the issue was on their side. But they did not blame me.. What they did for me at Discount Tires was amazing! I'd recommend this place to anyone. Respectful, honest workers here in my personal experience.

  From the front door to the exit this team was nothing less than professional and personable. Dr. Maxey has an easy go personality that immediately puts you at ease and an internal knowledge bank that impresses on diagnosis and treatment. His staff from the receptionist to the office manager are on top of their game and don't disappoint. The office and rooms are clean and comfortable without the medical office over powering smell. Overall great experience.

  Dr Maxey is great. He is very detailed in his job, and really listens to his patients. You are not rushed in and out like most other facilities these days. I was grateful to have found him, because he has helped me manage my pain when others could or would not. The staff are very sweet and caring as well. The new place is a little cramped for my wheelchair, but it is a lovely space. Nice area.

  Dr. Maxey is a thorough and personable physician. He establishes good rapport. The doctor works at staying up to date on records from my other physician’s and prompts me to help him stay on top of this process. His staff are efficient and precise and I feel my results from my office visits are faithfully recorded. This business is very impressive.

  Dr. Maxey is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor. He shows extreme care for his patients and their overall treatment and wellness plan. His personal care for patients as individuals is noteworthy and he goes above and beyond in everything he does. I can’t recommend him enough. 5-Stars don’t begin to do him justice. The new office is in a great location, is clean and his staff is kind. He is a diamond in the ruff. His care, professionalism and attention to detail allow him to make informed decisions to offer solutions that better the lives of his patients. ❤️

  I met Dr Maxey in March of 2016. I had a major back surgery at Centennial hospital which is now Baylor Scott and White in Frisco.I still remember the day he walked into my room, it seems he was the only Doctor that honestly listened to what I was going through and help me deal with it. Dr. Maxey is a very compassionate , listening professional who, to this day 4 1/2 years later, still honestly cares about me. His entire staff at his practice work with the highest professionalism as he does.. They too make me feel very welcome..I have the highest regard for Dr Maxey and would recommend him to everyone. The man is a true professional. I feel very Blessed and fortunate to have met him that day.
