  Staff was very accommodating during my business trip of 4 days in June of last year 2021. Everything ran very smoothly and to plan. The free breakfast wasn't all that great but then again keeping in mind that it was during the pandemic so options were minimal with individually prepackaged food.

  Friendly staff. Gym is average. Free Breakfast with good food options. On site washer and dryer. The location is very close to the CES and mono rail. The hotel itself is a bit old, two star hotel, but clean and lots of parking.

  Great gem near the strip. Right by the convention center and walkable to the strip. Price was very competitive. What I liked most is that it is a little oasis amongst the glitz of the strip. Gated access with villas arranged around a central courtyard with grass and trees...a rare find in Vegas. Very good buffet breakfast that was complimentary. The room was HUGE with a full kitchen. One thing to note is that the hotel is all two stories with villas on the first and second floors. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage may want to request a room on the first floor.

  I called to get assistance with canceling my reservation because of some last minute changes that made it difficult to travel to Las Vegas. I reached the reservation call center and was instructed to call the hotel directly because I passed the deadline to cancel without being charged a fee. I called the hotel directly and spoke with a wonderful lady by the name of Lindsey. She was able to assist me with cancelling my reservation and asked if there was anything else that she could do. Her professionalism and willingness to assist should not go unnoticed. I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed my stay. After speaking with Lindsey, I know where I will be staying every time I visit Vegas. Thank you so much!!

  I moved here over a year ago after selling my home. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with the staff. They are very friendly and try to get to know you and for you to get to know them. The maintenance man, Dante, is awesome and super responsive. I didn’t give 5-stars because I think it’s overpriced for what you get. I’m paying for the location and newness, but there aren’t a ton of amenities for the price like you would expect. It works for me for now.
  
  One issue I had at the beginning that they’ve worked to resolve was the floor plan with garages underneath. My apartment would shake and the sound of neighbors opening/closing their garages was so noisy it would wake me or interrupt conversation. Once I let them know, they worked with the builder to get it sorted. It just took a long time IMO
  
  All in all, I would recommend this apartment.

  I have had a good experience from the application process to present. If there is ever an issue I feel I need to report to management it is handled in a prompt manner. They have always been friendly and respectful. Maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are kept clean and the units are above average when it comes to apartment living. No trouble from neighbors. There is little I can say in the way of negatives. At the end of the day it is apartment living so if you expect to feel like you are living in a home away from the noise of others, it's not realistic. However, nothing is excessive. The dog park comes in handy. I also like the dog wash station. The lighting at night is more than sufficient. Parking of non residents is fully enforced. The pool area is always kept very nicely. I am very happy here for the time being. One of the better apartment living communities I've been in.

  Recently toured this property and absolutely LOVED it! Very well maintained common areas with pretty landscape. Model units are staged beautifully, have spacious balconies and upgraded kitchens that definitely add a luxurious touch. Zoned to AISD school which is a HUGE bonus and fairly close to outlet mall. Only reason I didn’t sign a lease on the spot was because I was waiting to hear back on work location which ended up being in Rockwall. I definitely recommend this property for those looking for luxury style living in an amazing location!

  Springs at McKinney community is beautiful, clean and quiet. I'm a visitor and really enjoy coming to visit friends and family here. The parking is ok and management really tries to accommodate as they are wanting residents to have the parking inside the gates, and I can respect that. I've had good experiences when visiting and happy to always come back. Great apartments!
