Crescent Family Dental

Just transferred to Crescent and my initial experience was great. All my questions were answered, the team did a good job taking time to understand my history and walking me through a plan to stay on a healthy track. Dr. Moon even spent quality time with me, not just in and out of the room. I will encourage the rest of my family to transfer over.... last dentist was good by hygienist is what turned me away from going back any longer (was there for 6 years.....). If looking for someone new, definitely give Crescent a look.

Great dentist. I just recently switched jobs and they have convenient and affordable cash payment plans which is helpful for me because my insurance hasn’t kicked in yet. The doctor and all the staff are great.

The staff is professional, honest, friendly, communicative, and compassionate. The office is always spotless, and they do a great job of creating a relaxing environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Amazing, Amazing Experience! Dr. Moon and his staff are so wonderful and so genuine when caring for you! Dr. Moon explains everything, Corrie in the front is not your typical office manager, they are like superheroes with dental capabilities. I took my Mother for a denture consultation, and he was so kind and explained all the options. They are very thorough in explaining the EOBs (Estimate of Benefits) and they are both helping us navigate the insurance benefits to maximize the coverage and use appropriately. I broke a tooth and Dr. Moon is treating me for an implant. I also just had my first cleaning with him and it was the first cleaning I've ever had where I walked out thinking, wow that wasn't painful at all. I'm so impressed with Dr. Moon and his staff, my entire family will be coming here!!

Over the years, I’ve have dreaded going to the dentist. Out of the multiple dentist I have visited in my time. Crescent Family Dental is BY FAR, the best. This staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Moon was great to work with. Corey was awesome! She was able to get me in first thing after I had called in about the pain I was having. Super clean..super efficient..super friendly!
