This is such a great Pilates studio. I’ve been to many in the past and the intimate setting here is almost like a private lesson every time. All of the instructors have a different style which makes each workout different and exciting. I’ve only joined a few weeks ago and can already see a difference in my body tone. Can’t recommend this studio enough!
Kelly is an amazing instructor and the intimate setting offered by this studio is ideal. I have taken Pilates at many Pilates studios, but really like the equipment at Stonebridge Pilates. It can accommodate someone as small as a child, all the way up to a very tall man. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the equipment selection, and that combined with excellent instruction, makes the classes so enjoyable. I’d recommend to ANYONE. All levels, any experience. Grateful to have found the studio. I’ll be a lifer!
