Cypress Apartments

Stacey is helping me and my future roommate make this place a home for us. She was so incredibly helpful and patient. She’s definitely a factor for us choosing these beautiful apartments. Give that woman a raise!

I moved here during the 2020 New Years Holiday.....I didn't read the reviews before I moved here about the parking but they are correct it is less than desirable. I love my unit BUT the parking here leaves a lot to be desired. I recently transferred to Cypress Apts. in McKinney from another property. I am new to N. Texas and visited sister properties in Garland and Carrollton before finally coming to and deciding on McKinney, Tx.
Mr. Jackson was the leasing agent I consulted with. His amiable and professional manner held my attention and ultimately was the deciding factor in my selection of this particular property.
I appreciated his thoroughness and follow through as I made this decision. I make it a habit to congratulate excellence and just as easily be critical of less than excellent behaviour and Mr. Jackson is certainly worthy of the former.

I called to get some information on 1 bedroom and I had the pleasure of speaking with Stacey. She was so helpful asked all the right questions and really narrowed down what I was looking for. Stacey was super helpful and made me feel so welcomed at Cypress Apartments with just a phone call. Great customer service!

I just want to say that even though I didn't end up choosing these apartments because the distance from my family. When I came in I spoke with this really amazing lady names Stacey and she made my day and went out of her way to help me out.. I almost forgot about the distance because she was so amazing. The property was beautiful I would highly recommend them to all my friends. And don't for get to ask for Stacey I think that in another life we would have been best friends.
