I’ve never been one to wake up early to workout but now I wake up excited and happy to attend the early classes.

(August 26, 2019, 12:25 pm)This was an intense 45 min workout that hit all the parts of my body I wanted to hit! I felt amazing after and I can't wait to go back on Wed! The instructor was motivating and very nice and the same goes for the other participants in the class. Great environment to get FIT!
