“I took my mom in on Wednesday for her appointment and the staff in the lab is very sweet and comforting. My mom doesn’t like needles much but the petite Hispanic( I can’t remember her name but had really good hair and hair clip )in the lab made it quick and my mom said she barely felt the pinch because of her keeping conversation and comforting and distracting her from what was going on. I have a very complicated dental situation because much of my 25 year old and more recent dental work (crowns, buildups) and teeth in general are failing. I first went there for a root canal. I later had a consultation with Dr. Barrett. He went over my X-rays and spoke to me at length about my dental situation, gave me options and steps on how to get from where I was to having a long term solution. Dr. Barrett genuinely cares about the patient and goes above and beyond to restore your teeth. Seriously. All of the staff, front front desk, assistants, hygienists etc...are positive, friendly, caring and great people. I'm really thankful to have found this business.”

“I'm not sure who else can say that a visit to their dentist is like coming home to extended family that you truly love and enjoy being around. I love Dr. Do is amazing and always receptive to questions, concerns and does what he can to meet his patients where they are. I've never felt judged or pressured in his presence. Our main squeeze is our hygienist, Grace. I truly feel she is an angel walking on Earth. She loves our kiddo like her own, too. The front staff is always welcoming and puts in extra effort to get us on the books when we're wanting. To top it off, this practice gives back to our community in Mckinney. “Big Thank you to Dr. Paul Spence at Spence Family Dentistry. Last Thursday I was eating some Halloween Candy and broke off an old porcelain crown. Called the Dr and left a message on his emergency line. He called me back 5 minutes later. He said, "I am reviewing your file and that is a crown I put on in 2014. That has a 5 year warranty on it. It will be no charge to fix it." Offered to have me come in on his day off on Friday to fix it. Integrity and honesty is a HUGE deal to me. I would have never remembered that he put that crown on in 2014 nor would I have remembered it was under warranty. If you are looking for an Honest, Good, Caring Dentist. Dr. Spence is the man! His Dental Hygienist was a sweetheart too! Super nice girl!”
