“I have been looking for a reliable dentist since I moved here from California 7.5 years ago but i had a few bad or mediocre ones until Dr. Lu. Let’s started the review with my friend’s case. My friend moved away to Allen and had switched to a prestigious dentist who ended up causing her bad infection and a fever 2 weeks after the visit. It was so painful but she couldn’t get an urgent dental appointment with the bad Allen dentist. She called her old dentist Dr Lu for help and luckily Dr Lu was willing to see her after hours due to the emergency. The infection was so bad that if she came in few days late she would have to lose her teeth. For myself, I had a chipped molar and I went to two docs they both said due to the size crown is the only way to go. I came to Dr Lu for a 3rd opinion and she is the only dentist who noticed that I had a very similar chipped molar on the other side of my mouth which used filling as well. She agreed the area is too big but on the conservative side we could still try filling first. It took her only 20 min and my chipped tooth is good as new (1.5years after it’s still doing good). I highly recommend Dr Lu for her skills and honesty.”

I’ve been with him for over a year and he’s by far the most accessible, no nonsense, straightforward Dr. He doesn’t rush you with appointments, frequently checks in to make sure everything is going well, and most importantly you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and it’s not a monetary thing for him. I wish all Dr’s were like him honestly. I for one also have a very volatile schedule that is NOT easy to accommodate and for a year straight not one time has he not been able to see me when I need seen. “I was coming back to update & increase my previous star ratings but my first one was gone. I always had the best experience with TMPC, but my last 2 visit weren’t like previous. There was a staff change spring/summer. In short, I came in for the rapid test on a Friday per my company’s policy but didn’t receive my results for several days because they forgot to load them, so I was very disappointed. However, I met with a member of the management team by happenstance the following visit when I came in to get my receipts correct, and they were very apologetic & helpful. So much so, that to my surprise, when I went to file the expense on my company’s card, the charge was completely removed!!!! This is the stellar team that I grew to appreciate over the previous last year, which is why I was a return customer. Thank you all so much for providing the best customer support and truly taking care of your patients. “I've been seeing Dr. Bergen since I was 15 (for 23 years) and I haven't had to see a traditional doctor since. Dr. Bergen is always able to quickly find the source of a health issue and then find the solution to treat that source naturally. He can even test the prescription drugs a person takes in order to see if they are helping or hurting the person. Sometimes, the prescription drugs are actually helpful, and sometimes they're hurtful, so a person may need to see their doctor to figure out how to get off of or change their prescription drugs. I have too many stories to share of Dr. Bergen correcting my and my family's health problems (some are quite amazing), but I will share one. My son was about 9 months old and still wasn't hardly able to crawl because every baby formula we could find on the market ended us having chemicals in it--even the organic ones. We know this because Dr. Bergen was able to test each one. Some had other issues too, but they all tested positive for chemicals, which were weakening my son and causing his skin to break out. Dr. Bergen eventually remembered a baby formula recipe from a research company and found it for us. We took the list of ingredients and used it to make our son's formula that night. Within 48 hours, my son was crawling just like any other baby and his skin cleared right up, too. His new patient waiting list is around 3 months, but after the first appt, you can get appts for a week out or sometimes as little as a day out or the same day if you're on the cancellation list. Also, his prices are incredibly cheap, which is a real lifesaver. I can't recommend him enough.”
