“Kudos to these guys... I had to replace a section of the irrigation dripline since it had several big holes in it, and the water just spurts out. Called several places around in Plano/Wylie, and they said along with the couplers, I would need to buy the whole roll of 100', which was quoted at $66. It might be cheaper to call someone to fix it!! So I stumbled around and called Metro Irrigation. Ruben said he would give me a piece for free since everyone who came in needed just that much. I came by, and he gave me that piece along with a couple of the couplers, then he said 'it's on me'... What a nice person! Not only that but the people up front were so friendly when I talked to them. These guys just rock !!!!! That's all I can say!!! Their customer service is what's going to take them far !!”

He will make you an offer (in writing) and you can take it, or think about it. He's respectful of your feelings (for me this was very emotional), he's very knowledgeable in many areas and he will explain what does and doesn't have value and why. He's friendly, kind, and professional. After this experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
