They were honest in that an X-ray from them might not be useful, as theirs was too big to get a detailed image of a dental injury. They were helpful in providing treatment to symptoms of pain and inflammation, and in providing information for veterinary dental clinics in the area. They were fair in their pricing, charging much less than I was anticipating. The next morning pictured, she's eating wet food and getting by as comfortably as she can given the situation.”

“Today was my first ever Brazilian I saw Brittany she is hands down absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend going here and to her ! I was so nervous about getting waxed she made me feel extremely comfortable!!! Excellent service I’m extremely happy with my results! She was amazing it’s totally worth it ! “I am writing this review in regards to one of your agents, Justin. It takes a lot for me to write a letter of this nature, but this is absolutely warranted….and deserved. In all my years of having insurance on houses, autos, RV, boat, art etc, with many different companies, Justin is by far the best agent (and person) I have EVER dealt with. Not only does he know his business and the industry as a whole, he is available anytime I’m in need. Just the other night at 9:00 PM I sent him a text with a VIN number of a new car for our policy. He replied immediately and changed it - AT 9PM!! I guarantee the “big national companies“ wouldn’t reply at this time of night! I wouldn’t have their cell number and I would still be stuck in some phone system IVR on hold waiting for a rep. I sent an email to Justin one night because I knew if I text him he would reply and I didn’t want to bother him and his family after hours. He got my email and replied anyway - within minutes. It happened to be a claim question/problem that he not only assisted with but went on to make calls to repair shops to find one for us….like, who does that?!? The issue wasn’t even with your company. There are no words to describe his exceptional service. I can go on and on with example after example of his exemplary customer service. My request is that you forward this to his peers and other leaders in the organization to bring attention to his phenomenal work ethic and customer service. Give the man a raise and keep him for life - gems like him are hard to come by. I am a raving fan for life!”

Doctors are always honest and thoroughly discuss any options for additional care. I never feel pressured, just informed of my options. Today was my daughters first cleaning. It couldn’t have gone better. As soon as she sat in the chair, they began describing all the tools and what they were and how they worked. This created a peaceful experience for my 4 year old. “So...I read all the reviews of this place and decided to go there when my daughter fell and hit her tooth. When I say these folks are amazing, I'm not overstating it. The moment we walked in, they greeted my daughter by name. The wait was very short and out came Ms. Yoyo. My daughter now refers to her as "mama love cake", because she is just that - super sweet, kind, and so good with children. She treated my daughter like a VIP and ensured that we had a wonderful experience the entire way through. Dr. Tran was completely thorough and was so kind (and funny) in answering all my questions. I'm still sort of in shock from how great the experience was. Every single person was not just kind, but friendly and warm, if that makes sense. My child actually asked to brush her teeth when we got home. Is this real? Ha! Looking for the city's best pediatric dentist? You found it. Go today!”

“At 22 years young, the photo on the top is what both of my bunions used to like. All my life I’ve had them and thankfully my parents blessed me with the opportunity to get my bunions removed. Dr. Hadfield is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s professional, personable and made me look forward to surgery and my biweekly checkups with him and his staff! I felt confident enough to ask any questions and he made learning about the surgery and healing process fun. Healing took about 3 months for each foot, and it definitely felt like a long process (because only operating on one foot makes one really appreciate having two good feet), but being all the way healed from both feet made at the end of the healing time worth it!! Sherry at the front desk is always a treat to chat with going in and coming out of appointments; and Winter always has a wonderful attitude and is so friendly.
