At the beginning of the year I was told that they would no longer be accepting any insurance and all patients will be 100% self pay. I decided to stay with the practice and here are some of my reasons: I personally see Erica one the nurse practitioner's and I always receive the same quality care! 1. Friendly staff 2. Quality customer service 3. You're never waiting in the lobby for a long period of time 4. When your taken back to a room, after vitals, and speaking with the nurse your family care provider comes in, just minutes later. 5. “Dr. Amy Chen is very friendly skillful and gentle. I had 2 cavities underneath my gum. She could send me for root canal and put crowns on both and charge me a lots. But she was trying her best to save my tooth not to put crown on. I am so thankful for her kindness. I am always scared to visit dentist especially the needles into the gum but dr. Chen is so skillful I didn’t feel any pain. The office workers are very nice with pleasant atmosphere. I enjoy to visit this office and strongly recommend to you.”

“These guys are excellent. I had a PO420 code pop up for a catalytic converter below threshold. I tried to use my code reader to check all the sensors but it wasn't reading them right. I decided to take it to a professional. They were able to look at all my 02 sensors immediately and they were fine. I ended up needing a bank 1 catalytic converter. I had already found some good deals for one on eBay but they don't work with outside parts. That worried me until I got the quote. They offered a great price for parts and labor and they did it all within hours. I was also able to talk to the mechanic personally afterwards which is something I like personally. Now my baby is purring again! Thanks to Pronto!”
