The coaches are wonderful and really put in the time to get to know you and your skill set to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. “I recently moved to the area and Shelby’s has quickly become my favorite spot to grab lunch/dinner. The pizza is great but they also have amazing sandwiches, pastas, salads, and deserts. I just had a salad (feta, apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinegar dressing) and my wife had chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was an incredible dinner! The pricing is also incredible and everyone that works there is super friendly. Love this place!”

We followed him from Comfort Dental in Frisco since 1) he's such an amazing dentist, and 2) this location is literally across the street from our neighborhood. I can't say enough about Dr. Nguyen. He's wonderful with kids (Clarissa is wonderful too!!!), knowledgeable all around, and great at what he does. I was equally happy to come to a new office with an amazing staff.
