He also covered several concerns patients might have. My previous sleep office disappeared suddenly along with all my records. I like knowing and feeling secure that Dallas Sleep will be here for a long time in the future. Dallas Sleep coordinates between their office, my insurance and informs me of any co-pay charges before my appointment, so there is no misunderstandings when I arrive. I like their use of sending me a post card reminder to call for my next appointment and then text message reminders since my appointment is made a year in advance. I later had a consultation with Dr. Barrett. He went over my X-rays and spoke to me at length about my dental situation, gave me options and steps on how to get from where I was to having a long term solution. Dr. Barrett genuinely cares about the patient and goes above and beyond to restore your teeth. Seriously. All of the staff, front front desk, assistants, hygienists etc...are positive, friendly, caring and great people. I'm really thankful to have found this business.”
