Melissa Eye Associates

I’ve been with Melissa Eye since we moved her and have had zero problems. The nurses and doctors are always so kind and familiar, and they make it a super relaxing experience. They also do a great job explaining things you may not know and and answering questions; They don’t make you feel like you have to rush. I would recommend Melissa Eye to any family or neighbor in Melissa.

I was seen within minutes of arrival. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Doctor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The staff at the front helped to explain my insurance coverage and the cost of my glasses. I was intent on getting the best deal possible and the young lady at the front desk spent quite a while going over my options. I would highly recommend this office

Very friendly, efficient, and thorough. The assistant quickly conducted many tests. Doctor Dawood was very patient helping me get the perfect prescription for contacts and glasses. She did a great job showing and explaining the Optomap photos of my eyes. It was easy and convenient to order glasses and contacts onsite. The front desk was very patient and helped me figure out if it was better to use my insurance on glasses or contacts. A great experience from the entire staff. Love the more spacious new location. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly, every office was extremely clean. Most of all the doctors knew their craft. Absolutely recommended, doc's willing to listen to any concerns and gave me options on everything. LOVED IT.

My first experience at Melissa Eye Associates was wonderful. When I got there I was greeted by all the friendly ladies at the front desk. Checking in was super quick and easy which is always appreciated!! The office itself was very cute and clean with tons of different eyewear options to look at. My eye exam went great. Dr. Thomas is exceptional and is always very thorough and detailed. I have been seeing him for a very long time (at another office) and I just can’t say enough amazing things about him. He is one of the few doctors I know that genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. If you are in need of a new eye doctor I would highly recommend him.
