“I loved my time at PT of Melissa! I came in at the beginning of September in a wheelchair after being non weight bearing for 8 weeks. I sustained 3 fractures in my right ankle and 1 fracture in my left foot. They challenged me and gave me the confidence I needed to start walking again. Laura is wonderful! “Dr. Honan is EVERYTHING. Seven years ago she was filling in for my normal doctor, with whom I wasn't really establishing a good rapport, and I was very sick. I had seen multiple doctors up until that day and she was the first person who looked at me and said "we're going to figure this out and you're going to be okay". Lo and behold, she figured it out and saved my life. Three years later, I was looking for a second opinion on a mass of "scar tissue" on my shoulder. Dr. Honan took one look at it and said, "No. This is not scar tissue. You need imaging and maybe emergency surgery." Turns out, I had a tumor pressing on my coronary artery that probably would have killed me had I not gotten it treated. I'm three years into treatment now and I owe my life and all the good things I have to this one doctor who would not just shrug her sounders, write me a prescription, and send me on my way.
