The staff was super inviting, nice, and encouraging. They kept my kids interested by challenging them and being genuinely interested in them. They even made it a point to really learn their names and call them by name while we were there. It felt like a family atmosphere. Even the regular kids were nice and willing to help show us how to do things!
If you read any of the reviews, I hope you read this one.
This is a great place for kids, and I'll tell you why. I take my son here 4 times a week. He doesn't go on Thursdays and Fridays or Sundays, but he is there every other day for an hour. I sit over on the couch and generally just listen to the sounds of the gym. It is amazing how many different age groups are in there, but let me tell you about my experience.
As soon as we walk in the door, there are at least a couple of people who greet Parker by name. They practically cheer for him when he walks in. The people who check him in always chat with him and are always smiling. When we leave, I always hear them call out his name and say good bye. Anytime I walk past one of the coaches with Parker, they always go out of their way to tell me how much he has improved. While I'm sitting over on the couch I hear the same types of things being done for every ninja there. They are incredible at making the kids feel seen and supported. I don't know if someone at some point told them about the power of saying someone's name, but they definitely use that power to full effect. It gives the kids confidence and makes them want to try hard.
I have been taking Parker to this gym for six or seven months now, and I've never heard anyone say anything in an impatient or mean tone. Every kid is encouraged to do their best and complimented when they do. Even if they struggle on an obstacle or fail entirely, they are still cheered on and applauded when they get to the end. I've been watching this for months and months over hours and hours and I've seen no variation in this behavior. This is a place that understands how positive reinforcement, encouragement, and recognition is so powerful to the young mind. They are not just learning how to run an obstacle course here. This is probably the best place for their self esteem you can bring them to.
If you have a child who struggles with self esteem or confidence, this is the place to bring them. It isn't the easiest exercise in the world, and they will get blisters on their hands and sore muscles, but there is nothing like being able to parkour over some obstacles and then land a flip at the end to build a teen's confidence in their abilities.
I liked the way the party was structured, so there weren't a million kids running around. The structures seemed clean and the employees were engaged. Sometimes you go to parties at a jump place and the employees are just messing around or on their phone. I appreciated the help the employees provided.
Absolutely wonderful time! We were here for my son's 10th birthday and the crew took great care of the party guests. Kiera was great with the kids playing games while running them through the course.
Such a great birthday party experience for my 9 year old. We had a mix of 5-9 year old boys and girls and they all had an amazing time. Our party host, Mason, explained all the equipment and kept everyone engaged with some fun games too. Scheduling the party was easy, the facility is spotlessly clean, and the party supplies provided were a huge bonus. Highly recommend Ninja Nation for high energy fun for kids and low stress for parents!

Ukraine brought the war far from the front line into the heart of Russia again Sunday in drone penetrations that Russian authorities said damaged two office buildings a few miles (kilometers) from the Kremlin and a pig breeding complex on the countries' border. The attacks, which Ukraine didn't acknowledge in keeping with its security policy, reflected a pattern of more frequent and deeper ...

The largest dam removal project in United States history is underway along the California-Oregon border — a process that won't conclude until the end of next year with the help of heavy machinery and explosives. The hard part will come over the next decade as workers, partnering with Native American tribes, plant and monitor nearly 17 billion seeds as they try to restore the Klamath River ...

Russia's military said it had halted Ukrainian forces in the northeast. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy described Sunday as "a good day, a powerful day" at the front, particularly near Bakhmut, where Ukrainian forces say they are retaking ground lost when Russian forces took the city in May. Ukraine did not directly claim responsibility for the drone attacks but Zelenskiy said the war ...
