THE BEST LOCKSMITH TEAM WAS AMAZING STARTING WITH BEN'S INITIAL SECURITY ASSESSMENT. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND PREFORMED A COMPLETE SECURITY UPGRADE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND FEEL ALOT SAFER. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE SYSTEM.

I needed a new lock installed on my front door as my current one was starting to have problems. Best Locksmith did the job correctly and supplied me with a good quality lock that wasn't too expensive. I was very satisfied with their service. Thank you guys.

Nil suggested a reasonably priced option for changing the hardware. We had trouble matching the colour with the remaining hardware but Nil was committed to finding the best match. He is responsive and is all about keeping his customers happy.

I cannot recommend Pavel and Nil Locks highly enough! I had a house sitter foolishly mail a key back to me. The envelope was sliced in a discreet way to remove the key. Despite terrible road conditions, Nil promised to arrive within the hour, and he was not only on time but had our home safe and secure in record time. Wonderful service, and as for Nil, I actually felt so grateful and assured that I hugged him on the way out ;)
