At this point, I believe I have been going to Dr. Johari for about 4 yrs. I can't think of any bad experiences, but I have thought of a lot of good experiences. After a Motorcycle wreck and a really bad experience at Los Colinas medical center, I went in to see Dr. Johari. The first thing she did was discuss pain meds, because what the other place gave me was nothing and I was in a lot of pain. I appreciated her attention to my comfort needs. Also, she has been patient with me and takes the time to explain things when I have questions. They are in and out of there as others have pointed out, but I don't mind. That efficiency and hustle means I wait less time to be seen when I arrive. However, they have never, in my opinion, sacrificed care for speed. The staff is efficient, speedy, and thorough. Dr. Johari is pleasant, polite, patient, efficient, explanatory, and seemingly knowledgeable. I have never waited long, my appointments are always quick, and I have always received the care I needed.
My family has been attended by the physicians in this practice we're almost 20 years. I trust the doctors, physician's assistants, and nurses completely. My PCP is Dr. Soma Johari and I have always found her to be thorough, professional, and straightforward. She also has a very reassuring manner and a fun sense of humor. The staff are friendly and professional and I'd give them six stars if I could.
