  It all started with the beautiful person who booked my appointment, warm welcome, and every person at the clinic made sure that I was comfortable and in good hands. Doctor Nick is one of those people who would make you forget that YOU are at a dental clinic. He would make you feel a special person. Awesome Sigma Dental Team.

  I just want to say everyone was Amazing!! from the moment I walked in for my first initial appointment before the actual root canal and until the very end. Shelby at the front desk did a terrific job of answering all the questions I had because I know I had a lot of them and she was patient with me and helped me out. I had a bad experience with my first root canal elsewhere so was kinda scared and nervous. But these guys will take care of you and you wont feel a thing! Even the staff in the back that helped was awesome made me feel comfortable and I felt no pain at all. I have to give kudos to Dr. Nick Khalikhani I would recommend him and anyone else staffed here for anyone to get treatment here. Definitely will be back if I have any other issues in the future!

  I came here for a root canal retreatment and from the moment I walked in to the end of the root canal I was cared for and they thoroughly explained every part of the process. Coming in for more than one root canal is hard but they make it as painless as possible. Great doctor, great staff, even better service.

  This office is so neat and organized! But more than that, the people working here from the receptionist to the assistants are just so courteous, warm and patient. My dentist was Dr.Kamura and I have nothing but positive words for him. He was efficient and thorough and takes the time to explain what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I felt calm and it really assured me that I was in capable yet very gentle hands. Thanks so much for your care!

  My local dentist indicated that I needed three root canals. 3, right? Wow. He told me that if I wanted him to he could refer me to an expert specialist who could do it right. So he referred me to Sigma and contacted Dr. Nick for me. As it turned out, I had to make two separate visits for the three teeth. I am so appreciative of Dr. Shaw for sending me to such a capable and professional place as Sigma and to Dr. Nick & his most efficient assistant Sandy. I finished the second appt. yesterday and Today, no pain after two complicated procedures. In East Texas we would say "They done good" :) Beautiful and comfortable offices, excellent and friendly staff. Thanks Dr. Nick, you're the best.
