  The Ted Dickey Funeral Home offered outstanding professionalism, sympathy, and facilitation in coordination of a loved one’s body.
  
  I have personally met Mr. Dickey when I was a first grader at Shepard Elementary, and appreciate the legacy he has created at this funeral home.

  The people at Diçkeys are as good as they come. They will be at your service and will try to bury your loved ones as you wish. They are great especially Doug. He's great.

  Doug Fry is so kind and helpful through the process of my mother's funeral services. Doug has such a wonderful and kind heart. He did so much to help my family and I. We can't thank him enough on behalf of the the Carroll/ Franklin group for his support along with his talents making us feel special. Bonnie also was so kind and helpful. I enjoyed talking with her and feeling her love for us. She was so respectful and I just want to say thank you for your help and advice along with that special act of love. Thank you for everything.

  Ted Dickey’s service and thoughtfulness to detail during such an incredibly difficult time is something that we cannot begin to repay. Javier was our funeral director and he was without a doubt a Godsend. He was gentle, compassionate, and thoughtful. He made sure that every detail was carried out exactly as we asked and greatly honored our loved one that passed. He never tried to up sell us or make us feel that we needed to spend more money on caskets, flowers, or add ons for the service. He was attentive and made sure to make our loved one look his absolute best. He took it upon himself to make sure he added extra rosiness/blush to our father’s cheeks at our request. That simple thing made his viewing so much easier and left us with peaceful memories of sweet Daddy. Their prices were fair and allowed for a beautiful service without causing us to spend an enormous amount of money. They helped us along the painful planning process and everyone we encountered at the funeral home or who assisted with the funeral, were so kind and made sure they made the day as beautiful and respectful as possible. We highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate circumstance to have bury a loved one. They were exceptional and made this new normal and transitional period as painless as possible.
