  We have used this facility 4 years and are very happy with the service and security. The facility is bright and clean and the employees are friendly.

  We love this place! And Crystal. She's been so helpful and kind. Wouldn't keep our prized possessions anywhere else.

  It suits my needs. Crystal is great. I am in the smallest unit. Ive only experienced one price hike. If it happens again, I will have to consider moving. Focus on retaining long term customers. I understand your a business but dont run off people who have been here for an extra $10 a month. Play the long game.

  I have been at Star Storage for sometime now. Love it there but no sure if prices keep going up I can stay
  I am in the smallest now so will have to move it it goes up
  Again anytime soon
