  My water heater was giving off lukewarm water and I was on the search for a company that could service me asap. No one in my area (Aubrey) was available so I reached out to this company (which is in Plano) and Mr. Albert gave me excellent customer service while trying to figure out my needs. Even though I didn’t use him, because of the service area/location, I wanted to make sure he was recognized and recommended due to his kindness and professionalism. If you’re in the Plano area, you won’t be disappointed!

  Al responded fast. Actually it was a funny story, I left my phone at home so he thought I was ignoring him. I didn't get home until 6 something pm. I texted him and he quoted me a price, which I thought was fair. He told me to check around for prices but I didn't want my tenant to wait for a long time not to have heated water so I asked him if he has any opening. My regular plumber guy can't do it until next week. Al just happened to have an opening the next morning. So I told him to contact my tenant and set it up. I called him the next morning and we talked over the phone on my way to work. Seems like a solid guy, so I went with my guts and give him the job. It does take a couple of days to get the receipt with the warranty but I understand. We all got busy at times. I'm just hoping that if I actually need the warranty, he'll come through. Hopefully this will be a good start of a working relationship.

  Very Impressed no nonsense pricing which is very competitive. Replaced 2 Water Heaters in the attic within 3 hrs. Were very careful of our floors and walls. Installation very professional and removed old units. Can't recommend them enough. We had total of 4 quotes they were all outrageous and lots of asks for pictures and unnecessary questions. All about Heaters price set quickly and we can come tomorrow morning to make it happen. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't look at anyone else in the DFW Area.

  When our water heater started leaking on a weekend (of course) we were hard pressed to find anyone who would come out and stop the leak. Even many of the “24/7” places were closed or not responsive. Al was the very first one to call us back. He had one of his men out and finished repairing the leak before most of the other emergency repair services even called us back. Then they came back out on Monday and replaced our old water heater quickly and efficiently. We just got new carpet, and the repair guys were extra careful to protect it. Al also did a great job by phone explaining what we needed and being transparent with the prices. Given our emergency situation, he could’ve totally gouged us — but he did not. We will use Al and his team for all our water heater needs going forward.

  You can't ask for better service than what Al gave us. He was very helpful over the phone, sending our quote in a timely manner and beating all other prices we had been given. Our water heater was still within its warranty period and even though he didn't do the original installation, he met me up at the supplier, picked up my new water heater for me and came to my house to install. He was knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend All about water heaters to anyone!
