Cambria Hotel Plano Frisco

So I paid around 147 per night . The hotel is clean and staff is enjoyable. I definitely do not recommend breakfast there not too much to choose from. The elevator smells amazing what I can not say for the rooms . I think price is bit high for this hotel .

Staying here for 4days during our softball nationals. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Thru out the hotel it smells amazing. We definitely will be back..

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were there for 6 days and everyone enjoyed themselves. The location of the hotel was really great. Very quiet and close to everything some even walking distance. Parking was not an issue. And was pet friendly. I would definitely stay again.

This is the second time that I have been here on business for my job.The hotel is nice and clean with good nearby restaurants. Friendly staff except 2 waitresses who work at the breakfast bar. I have observed two specific ladies who stand there and guard the bar with distasteful attitudes. I assumed that breakfast was continental due to several guests getting items who were not asked to pay or to show a voucher. I was unaware on the 1st trip that a voucher was needed because I only got fruit and coffee on one day, although the trip was for 4 nights. I asked one young lady for decaffeinated coffee. She stated that there was no decaffeinated coffee. She never asked for a voucher neither did she ask me to pay. However, one of my colleagues asked another staff about it and she was able to get it. Upon this second trip I attempted to ask the other lady about oatmeal. She asked if I had a voucher and stated, the water is over there and walked away. The container for hot water was empty, which she never checked. This time another colleague prepared her food from the bar and sat to eat. I asked if we had vouchers for meals. She responded, yes but they did not ask for mine. This is totally unacceptable. I was told by my business colleague to go to the front desk to ask for my voucher. The lady who was there was very nice and friendly but the two ladies who were at the breakfast bar on 5/2/23 needs a course in customer service. Neither one had a smile or greeted their guests. Breakfast bar service rated 1 due to lack of customer service etiquette.
