  Amazing work at Caliber Collision Everything was so easy From making an appointment to leaving my car to getting a rental to getting it fix everyone was so helpful I called and made an appointment in less then 5 min marley told we what to bring I showed up Monday morning with all my information she was very helpful and nice and cheerful in less the 10 min I was hanging her my keys and dropping off my car she told me everything was going to be handle I'm very busy so I liked that she told me that she send me to rent my car and broke from enterprise was amazing very friendly got all my information let me choose from 3 cars and helped me with all my questions she send me daily updates of the charges and assure me the person that hit me insurance was going to pay for it very happy with the rental car service and last to my tech JR Amazing work ask for him very professional he may be young but he treated my car as it was a ferrari very nice and friendly good service keep me updated on what needed to be done and when I was going to get my baby back not only did he leave it like new he also cleaned it and detail my car and left my headlights like new be hoesnt if I could give 10 stars I would very Happy with all the service I received I would recommend you to all my friends and family ????????????
  
  This is my second time coming here as much as I hate getting in to wrecks when ever I do have an accident I all ready know where to go. From the great and amazing customer service every time I come in Marley the girl on the front desk is so cheerful and helpful it makes me forget that I had a bad day and my car was crashed always so positive works fast to get me well taken care of find me a rental car and gets me a well service advisor Henry Castillo was Amazing hands on kinda guy walked thru my car looking at the damage took pictures got on his knees to check what else was broken or lose he not only told me what was going to be done to my car he gave me an expectation of all the work that needed to be done he knows I love my car he keeped me up to date with text and messages he said it be done in 5 to 6 days this men did it in 1 didn't waist one second to get my car back to me outstanding work if yall ever need a fast easy stress free service advisor Henry is the right men for the job Again Thank You for treating me right and for getting my car back to me like a new car

  Caliber Collision not only turned a stressful situation into something pleasant and painless but actually beneficial. My truck came out better than it looked before the accident. I am not using this term loosely when I say they went above and beyond to fix my truck, make me happy and make sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer service, they are in a league of their own. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Thank you.
  Ohh and I guess it's important to mention that I received updates at least twice a week just letting me know what phase they were in and when they thought my truck would be read . A+++

  Good service. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see the work they do since the car was totalled, but they had excellent service and communication.

  Excellent customer service! Although the office was short staffed the day I came in, I only had to wait a short time to have my car inspected, turn over my keys, and get my rental car. I turned in my car Wednesday and got it back repaired on Friday! Allen was excellent.

  I went there to inspect my car. the place is nice and clean. amazing customer service. they have different amenities, coffee,pop corn, soda, water , and snacks.there is an office for enterprise so you can rent a car there. Geico office is there and also I saw a sign for Farmer Insurance. Geico representative was so helpful, She inspected my car very carefully and explained to me how they will handle my case. I would recommend to go there to repair your car body. Amazing customer service and & tidy place.
