We recently underwent an entire master bath remodel with ShoweRemodel (aka the Grout Doctor) and experienced an overall wonderful remodel experience. Everyone involved (the Owner, project manager, trades persons, etc.) were all professional, skilled, polite and a pleasure to work with. In particular, the Owner's careful selection of his trade team made a big difference. These days, it's understandable to be doubtful, but everyone involved made us feel comfortable not only because of their attitude, but their punctuality and skill level gave us confidence we could trust them. The most significant quality that truly made the biggest difference for us was the level of customer service. We did experience a couple of hiccups (as all projects do), but the level of service to resolve each was top down. Every step of the way, the Owner took charge, communicated and delegated to equally responsible parties when necessary. We LOVE our new bathroom & cannot thank all associated with this company enough!

Our experience from start to finish was easy and painless. From Clayton explaining the process, Trish helping us pick tile and realizing our vision, to Hector, Luis and Shower Doors of Dallas doing what they do best, our shower turned out better than we could have imagined. Trish was amazing. I am horrible in picking colors and such. So what a relief that she took me tile shopping!! She was spot on correct!! Our bathrooms look fantastic!! I had some concerns a few months later and after I called she was out the next day to see. Took care of my concerns. Amazing professionals!!!

Trish had great ideas for remodeling our shower. She was excellent with picking out tile and trim. Hector installed the tile was professional, hard working and matched my tile perfectly . Would highly recommend this team.
