  I'm fortunate to have Dr. Bapna as my family doctor. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She spends with me and reviewing lab and other records to be proactive. Dr. Bapna stays in in close touch with specialists to whom she refers me. She also clearly explains everything to me. I highly recommend her.
  
  Please note that she has been the doctor at Questcare in Plano for less than a year. Some of the negative reviews below relate to a different doctor.

  Dr. Bapna has been my physician for many years. She is an excellent clinician, spends a lot of time at each visit, and is compassionate and caring. In addition, she is a good listener with a wonderful bedside manner. She responds to all questions and refill requests promptly. These are all the reasons I chose to follow Dr. Bapna as a patient when she moved to Questcare Medical Clinic at Plano from UT Southwestern. Also, her office staff is courteous and friendly and always respond to phone calls in a timely manner.
  It has truly been a pleasure to have her as my primary care physician :)

  Dr. Bapna and her office has been excellent to us. You can't go higher than excellence but somehow she does. She explains, teaches, and is extremely patient with difficult patients.
