I've never had a bad experience. At the plano locationthe staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the place is clean. I highly recommend this place.
I am new to True Results, but they are great and very helpful. They help you throughout the whole process. Can't wait to get my surgery and start a healthier life so that I can be around for my family.
I just switched to True Results due to some issues I was having at my previous surgeon's office. Let me just say this place is AWESOME! They are very friendly. They explained everything in detail to me and I knew exactly what I was going to have to have to pay/not pay out of pocket. I wish I had known about this place before I started this all in July. I can not wait to get this surgery and on my way to a healthier life! Dr. Nicholson will be doing mine and I can't wait to meet him!
everyone at true results were very nice. i arrived 15 minutes early after finishing my paper work i didnt have to wait my appointment was on time. They went over the three types of procedures and helped me pick the one that was best for me and that they were there to help if i had any more questions. i look forward to the next step with true results.
